HARTOL Multi Grease EP 2

One of the most commonly used greases across nearly all industries is mineral-based grease with a thickener of 12-hydroxystearate lithium.

Typically, these greases are formulated with base oils in the viscosity range of VG 100 to VG 220 and include a special type of anti-wear EP additives to enhance protective properties. The most popular consistency for such lithium greases is NLGI 2.

Lithium NLGI 2 greases, also known as EP 2, are generally considered all-purpose greases. They are commonly used for lubricating various types of rolling bearings, metal contact surfaces, and centralized lubrication systems in production equipment, as well as in a range of mobile machinery.

We recently introduced HARTOL Multi Grease EP 2, a lithium-based NLGI 2 grease, to the Ukrainian market.
