Based on engine design characteristics, some car manufacturers specify the use of engine oils with a relatively low sulfate ash content, known as ‘mid SAPS’ oils. To meet these specifications, oils are developed that comply with ACEA C2, C3, and API SN standards.

One such oil is HARTOL VERSIE G SAE 5W-30 engine oil, which meets the standards of leading automakers, including GM dexos 2 and Opel OV 040 1547 – D30, as well as MB 229.51 / 229.52, VW 505.01, and BMW Longlife-04.
