Description
HARTOL Trans SAE 80W-90 GL-5 is a multigrade mineral-based gear oil formulated with high-quality base oils of selective purification and special extreme pressure additives. These additives are chosen to provide the following properties:
• Excellent oxidation resistance.
• Extremely effective against wear, corrosion, and foam.
• Low pour point.
• Very good extreme pressure (EP) properties.
HARTOL Trans SAE 80W-90 GL-5 is recommended for use in hypoid differentials, even under very severe operating conditions. It is also suitable for all transmissions that require the use of EP gear oils as specified by the manufacturer. Additionally, this oil can be used in applications where oils with viscosities of SAE 90 and 85W-90 are required.
